In introducing Bartender to the industry, we set some personal milestones to track our progress as well as the industryвЂ™s adoption of the software. Through the passion and drive of all teams across our company, as well as our partnerships with and input from many organisations across the construction industry, we launched Bartender in May 2018. Seamless integration between the two systems provides a more streamlined pre-construction workflow, ultimately making it more simple and efficient, and reducing the stress experienced by estimators during deadline periods. The Bartender platform is delivered online, as an important part of our drive to provide flexible and collaborative solutions for the industry.ДЇurther delivering on our commitment to making work easy for our customers, we built Bartender to work with Cubit. Bartender is a cloud-based platform that collates quotes in one location, allowing estimators to compare suppliers and contractors quickly and easily, and offers the ability to input suppliers, add multiple quotes, compare prices and select one or more suppliers for a job.Д«artender builds on the success of our Subcontractor Comparison Solution (SCP), the powerful system that proudly became the industry standard.

In the same period, we have also introduced a brand new piece of cost comparison software to the market, with Bartender.

It intuitively finds the boundaries of a space, so an estimator can takeoff a room or area with as little as one click. This allows estimators to dramatically reduce the time it can take to perform their work. We have also recently introduced an innovative new way to perform takeoff with our Auto Select tool. We see this as an essential offering for the industry, with the change of requirements and legislation internationally, and the growing awareness and popularity of BIM in Australia. One of the most notable is our BIM Takeoff, allowing for takeoff of items and quantities from IFC files through drag and drop functionality. Over the last two years, we have introduced major enhancements into Cubit. Cubit is the only software that shows your estimate and your takeoff in one view, so you can see your quantities populate your estimate in real-time. Whether they are establishing quantities and costs for their own projects, or delivering accurate information to clients, we are driven to ensure we can provide the solution to the challenges estimators face, and make them and their customers more successful.Д¬ubit is our flagship estimating and takeoff software, and offers the construction industry a unique way to work with a process we call вЂNatural EstimatingвЂ™.
